Sweet and sour fish |
Instead of using whole fish,
you can also get the fish cutlets, and repeat steps 2 - 7. It is
a favorite to most,
and especially suitable for children and those who
do not like the

Eat everything; fish meat, fins, fish tails and even the
fish head.
They are crunchy and delicious. Eat all you can, even if you do not need
the calcium!
