Spicy
tomato beef |
Preferably pre-cook the dish, even
over-night. The full fragrance of spices will then be more
accentuated. Serve with rice, bread,
spaghetti,
noodles of all types.

3 tbsp cooking oil in a deep casserole..

fragrant.
Add B and fry till aromatic.
Add sliced beef and C, stir well and cook on high
heat for 5 minutes.
Cover and continue cooking, over medium heat, for
another 20 minutes, or till tender and almost dry.
Optional: Recommend to stir in a mixture of 3 tbsp
water and 1 tbsp
corn flour to
smoothen the serving. It is effective!
Note: This way of cooking the beef for a much longer
time is very different from the
Stir fry method on
the left.
The casserole type
of cooking is good for other tougher type of meat.
In most cases, need to prolong the time to 60
minutes, depending on the type of meat.
