500 g yellow noodle,
washed briskly with tap water

2 pips garlic, chopped

8 shallots, sliced

shrimp paste

2 tbsp chili powder

100 g chicken meat
or shelled prawns

5 tbsp chili sauce

2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Indian curry
powder
Suggested garnishing

1 tomato, sliced

2 green chilies, sliced

1 stalk lettuce for leaves

Method

Heat
oil. Fry garlic and onions till golden.

Fry
till fragrant with curry aroma. Add in chicken meat.

Fry
till cook.

Add
in chili sauce, tomato sauce, Indian curry
powder and
fry till hot.

Add
in noodle. Fry for 3 minutes.

Dish
into serving plates.

Garnish the noodle dish with spring onion and
lemon wedge. Squeeze out and add the lemon juice
and
serve on banana leave.
