Method

Heat
oil. Fry garlic and onions till golden.

Fry
till fragrant with curry aroma. Add in chicken meat.

Fry
till cook.

Add
in chili sauce, tomato sauce, Indian curry
powder and
fry till aromatic.

Add
in noodle. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add
in beaten egg. Stir fry.

Dish
into serving plates.

Garnish
the noodle dish with spring onion and lemon
wedge. Squeeze out and add the lemon juice and serve
on banana leave.
