Ingredients:
1/2 fresh pineapple, sliced.
1 kg crabs, cleaned and halved
Blend ingredients A till fine:
150ml cooking
oil
500 ml water
70 ml low fat evaporated creamer
(Or 1 cup
coconut milk)
2 red chili, halved for decor

Method: |

Heat oil, fry ingredients A over small low
heat till fragrant (10 min). |
Add in coconut milk and stir for another 3
minutes over small fire.
(If creamer is used instead of milk, add it later, together
with water) |

Stir in crabs vigorously over high heat
until cooked (3 minutes) |
|
Dish out cooked crabs, leaving other
ingredients behind. |
|
Add water, and creamer (if it is used) and
bring to boil. |
|
Add crabs back into the boil, add red chili. |
|
Serve hot or cold. |
|
Serve with rice, buns, noodle, spaghetti,
......delicious. |
